采用透射电镜、俄歇能谱及X射线衍射等手段 ,研究了稀土在硬质合金中的分布形态及存在方式、合金界面元素分布情况及粘结相中溶质原子的浓度变化。结果表明 :稀土相阻止了W、Ti等溶质原子在粘结相中的溶解析出过程 ,增强了对粘结相的固溶强化作用。
The morphology and mode of existence of rare earth elements in cemented carbide were studied by means of TEM, Auger energy dispersive spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The distribution of the interface elements and the concentration of solute atoms in the binder phase were also studied. The results show that the rare earth phase prevents the solute precipitation of W, Ti and other solute atoms in the binder phase and enhances the solid solution strengthening effect on the binder phase.
