目的对静脉用药调配中心的配置护士实行分层管理,提高服务质量和患者满意度。方法将配置护士按照老、中、青进行搭配,在质量、教育、绩效等方面分大、小组长和组员3层进行管理。结果通过对静配中心配置护士分层管理,极大地调动了全体配置护士的工作积极性和主动性,在提高输液质量、服务质量、患者满意度,减少差错事故和药物不良事件等方面都起到了积极推动作用。结论方法简单,效果满意,易于推广。
Objective To implement the layered management of the nurses in the intravenous drug allocation center so as to improve the service quality and patient satisfaction.
