新颁布的《劳动合同法》在诸多方面做出了新的规定,对企业现行的管理机制、人力资源管理方法、用工模式、用工成本、绩效制度、劳动关系等都是一个极大的挑战,实施多年的劳动合同条例和已确定的现行劳动关系模式也将面临重大调整。本文就如何利用新《劳动合同法》做好人力资源管理工作,避免劳资冲突,构建企业和谐稳定的新型劳动关系,尤其是作好改制企业劳资管理工作提出了思考。
The newly promulgated “Labor Contract Law” has made new provisions in many aspects and poses a great challenge to the existing management mechanism, human resources management methods, employment mode, labor cost, performance system and labor relations in the enterprise. Implementation of the labor contract regulations for many years and the existing pattern of existing labor relations will also face major adjustments. This article puts forward some thoughts on how to use the new “Labor Contract Law” to do a good job of human resources management, avoid labor conflicts, build a harmonious and stable new type of labor relations, especially to reform the management of labor and capital in enterprises.
