本文对小麦不同生育时期、不同渍水时间根系的生理变化进行了系统的研究。结果表明,土壤渍水使根系质膜相对透性增大,膜脂过氧化产物—MDA含量增加,呼吸速率及根系活力下降;渍水过程中根系SOD及POD活性的变化是先增强而后下降,但SOD活性下降早(渍水3d左右),POD活性下降较晚(渍水10d以后才由峰值下降)。根系SOD、POD的变化与其膜脂过氧化有关,随着SOD活性的下降,摸脂过氧化加剧,质膜透性明显增大;当POD活性下降时,根系质膜结构已遭严重破坏,生理功能显著衰退。不同时期根系对渍水的耐性不同,耐渍力随生育期的推进而逐渐减弱。
In this paper, the physiological changes of root system of wheat at different growth stages and different waterlogging times were systematically studied. The results showed that the soil waterlogging increased the relative permeability of the plasma membrane of the root, the content of MDA increased, the respiration rate and root activity decreased, while the activities of SOD and POD increased firstly and then decreased, However, SOD activity decreased early (waterlogging 3d or so), POD activity decreased late (waterlogging 10d after the peak decline). The changes of SOD and POD in roots were related to membrane lipid peroxidation. With the decrease of SOD activity, the peroxidation of excretion was aggravated and the permeability of plasma membrane increased obviously. When the activity of POD decreased, the structure of plasma membrane in root was severely damaged, Function significantly declines. The tolerance of root system to waterlogging in different periods was different, and the resistance to waterlogging gradually weakened with the promotion of growth period.
