利用溴氧化-可见光谱法对造纸过程中聚丙烯酰胺的浓度测定进行了较系统研究。优化了该方法的测定条件。考察了添加沉淀碳酸钙的影响，并提出了消除沉淀碳酸钙对分析干扰的方法。该方法简单、快速，准确度达到聚丙烯酰胺分析测定误差范围之内。
The concentration of polyacrylamide in papermaking process was systematically studied by bromine oxidation - visible spectroscopy. Optimization of the method of determination of the conditions. The effect of adding precipitated calcium carbonate was examined, and a method of eliminating the interference of precipitated calcium carbonate to the analysis was proposed. The method is simple, rapid and accurate to the extent of the error of polyacrylamide analysis.
