国家开发银行是直属国务院领导、具有法定国家信用的开发性金融机构。自1994年成立以来累计向4000多个项目发放贷款16000多亿元,近90%的贷款投向了能源、交通、公共设施管理等“瓶颈”领域,支持了长江三峡工程、南水北调、京九铁路、北京奥运项目、上海浦东国际机场、五纵七横国道主干线等一大批国家重点建设项目。在陈元行长的带领下,国家开发银行把先进的金融原理与中国国情相结合,通过建设市场的方法实现政府经济社会发展目标,主要经营指标已经进入国际先进水平,成功地走出了一条符合中国国情的开发性金融之路。
China Development Bank is directly under the leadership of the State Council, with statutory national credit development of financial institutions. Since its establishment in 1994, it has lent more than 1,600 billion yuan to more than 4,000 projects. Nearly 90% of the loans have been invested in the “bottleneck” areas of energy, transportation and public facilities management, supporting the Three Gorges Project in the Yangtze River, the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, Railway, Beijing Olympic Games, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, five vertical and seven horizontal national trunk lines and a large number of key national construction projects. Under the leadership of President Chen Yuan, the State Development Bank has integrated the advanced financial principles with China’s national conditions and achieved the government’s goal of economic and social development through building markets. The major business indicators have entered the international advanced level and have successfully gone out of line with China’s national conditions The development of the financial road.
