球墨铸铁件加工后出现的露头缺陷种类较多,经常碰到需要探测处理的有夹杂、疏松和氧化冷隔三类露头缺陷。根据本厂现有的探伤方法、设备,及多年的探测实践,本文仅介绍这三类缺陷深度的探测方法。 1.夹杂缺陷深度的探测夹杂缺陷是铸件内夹带有各种金属和非金属杂物形成的。多出现于铸件的表面或近表面,切削加工后显露出来。对这种缺陷深度的探测,一般选用超声波和射线拍片联合探测方法。
