采用累积复合轧制技术(ARB)成功制备2、4、8、16层不锈钢钢板,通过对不同道次金属材料的测试和分析。结果表明:随累积变形量的增加,材料组织显著得到细化,材料的抗拉强度、硬度提高和界面结合强度的增强,如经过ARB4道次后,试样晶粒直径达到1~2μm,抗拉强度提高了约1倍;材料延伸率随着ARB累积变形量的增加显著下降,ARB4道次后其断后伸长率仅为5.8%。
The 2, 4, 8 and 16 layers of stainless steel plates were successfully prepared by the cumulative composite rolling technology (ARB). The test and analysis of the metal materials of different passes were carried out. The results show that with the increase of cumulative deformation, the microstructure of the material is remarkably refined, the tensile strength, hardness and interfacial bonding strength of the material are enhanced. For example, after the ARB4 pass, the grain diameter of the sample reaches 1 ~ 2μm, Tensile strength increased about 1 times; material elongation with ARB cumulative deformation decreased significantly, after ARB4 pass the elongation after fracture rate was only 5.8%.
