油炸食品有损人体健康,这是老百姓都了解的一个常识。那些被斥为垃圾食品的,其生产厂家似乎也痛改前非,不再使用油炸方式,而是采取膨化、焙烤等非油炸的“先进”技术来制作食品。
Fried foods detrimental to human health, this is a common sense people know. Those who are repudiated as junk food also seem to be making a mess with their manufacturers. Instead of using frying methods, they use non-fried “advanced” technologies such as puffing and baking to make food.
