用水螅人工胚胎方法检测了六种常用化妆品成份的发育毒性和致畸危害。结果表明,山梨酸和山梨酸钾具有潜在的致畸危害,其母/仔毒性比值分别为3.0和10。而其余四种则未显示对胚胎有选择性的毒性作用。
Developmental toxicity and teratogenicity of six commonly used cosmetic ingredients were tested by the hydatid hands artificial embryo method. The results show that sorbic acid and potassium sorbate have potential teratogenicity hazards, and their mother / litter toxicity ratios are 3.0 and 10, respectively. The remaining four did not show selective toxic effects on the embryo.
