随着我国社会治安形势的变化及刑事犯罪活动日趋复杂,诱惑侦查正在被广泛运用于走私、贩毒等案件的侦查。同时我国并未真正建立起有关诱惑侦查的法律制度,这一侦查手段的使用存在许多问题。我国有必要对诱惑侦查进行法律规制,充分将诱惑侦查这种危险性较大的特殊侦查行为法治化。
With the change of social security situation in our country and the increasingly complex criminal activities, temptation investigation is being widely applied in the investigation of cases of smuggling and drug trafficking. At the same time, our country has not really established the legal system about temptation investigation. There are many problems in the use of this investigation method. It is necessary for our country to regulate the temptation investigation by law and fully rule the temptation to investigate such a special investigation which is more dangerous.
