企业科技进步是企业经济效益和社会效益的源泉。它包括产品(设计)开发及制造(生产)工艺技术、管理,人才教育(培训),设备更新改造等重要内容最终集中反映在企业生产效益,产品水平(质量)、经济效益和社会效益的提高上。近几年来,在我们的实践中感到,县级中、小企业科技进步与10年改革前相比较,虽有长足进展但是,由于多种原因,对企业科技进步的诸多重要方面顾及不周,致使县级大多数企业的科技进步工作与深化企业改革的需求不相适应,具体表现在:大多数企业属速度型、新技术、工艺、设备引进推广应用慢:新产品开发慢:职工素质提高慢:现代化的管理
Enterprise technological progress is the source of economic and social benefits. It includes product (design) development and manufacturing (production) process technology, management, personnel education (training), equipment updates and other important content is ultimately concentrated in the enterprise production efficiency, product quality (level), economic and social benefits on. In recent years, in our practice, we have noticed that the progress of science and technology at the county level in small and medium-sized enterprises has made great strides compared with that before the 10-year reform. However, for many reasons, many important aspects of the progress of science and technology in enterprises have been neglected. As a result, most of county-level enterprises do not adapt their work in science and technology to the needs of deepening the reform of enterprises.
