瘦素是体内调节食欲和体重的重要物质,主要由白色脂肪组织分泌,它反映了体内脂肪的贮积量。胃肠道瘦素和瘦素受体的发现,提示瘦素可能作为新的胃肠道激素在调节胃肠道功能中发挥重要的作用。本文简要介绍瘦素的基本生理生化及其与胃肠功能和胃肠道肿馏的关系。
Leptin is an important substance in the body that regulates appetite and body weight and is mainly secreted by white adipose tissue, which reflects the amount of body fat stored. The discovery of gastrointestinal leptin and leptin receptors suggests that leptin may play an important role as a new gastrointestinal hormone in regulating gastrointestinal function. This article briefly introduces the basic physiology and biochemistry of leptin and its relationship with gastrointestinal function and gastrointestinal edema.
