对切除卵巢大鼠各组骨密度(BMD)和生物力学有关指标进行检测,并进行比较分析。结果表明:1)运动组BMD为0.316,运动1 组为0.305,显著高于模型组的0.275,制动组BMD均显著低于各实验组;2)生物力学实验显示:运动各组骨整体的生物力学性能优于服钙组和激素组;激素组的生物力学性能显示韧性差;制动组的各项指标显示该组骨的生物力学性能较差。由此可知,运动可增加去势前大鼠骨量的储备,减缓去势后大鼠骨量的丢失,维持骨良好的生物力学性能
The indexes of BMD and biomechanics in ovariectomized rats were detected and compared. The results showed that BMD of exercise group was 0.316, that of exercise group 1 was 0.305, which was significantly higher than that of model group (0.275). BMD of brake group was significantly lower than that of each experimental group. (2) Biomechanical tests showed that: The biomechanical properties were superior to those of the calcium and hormone groups. The biomechanical properties of the hormone group showed poor toughness. The indexes of the brake group showed that the biomechanical properties of the group were poor. It can be seen that exercise can increase pre-castration rat bone mass reserves, slowing the loss of bone mass after castration in rats, maintaining good bone biomechanical properties
