对员工充分信任。信任是对员工人品、能力的尊重,信任可以增强配合性,可以激发工作热情。让有才干、责任心强的员工担当重任,将关键、重要的工作任务交给表现出色的员工或团队完成,让员工充分感受到企业的肯定和信任。我们要求每个中层以上领导干部,每月都要找几名一线员工促膝谈心交流思想和情感,实现管理者与员工的零距离交流。涉及员工切身利益的政策规定出台,广泛征求员工意见,通过合理化建议等制度和措施,上下沟通,取得共识,达到了上下同欲者胜的最佳效果。
Fully trust the staff. Trust is the respect of employees’ personalities and abilities. Trust can enhance the cooperation and inspire enthusiasm for work. Let talented and responsible employees play an important role, the key and important tasks assigned to outstanding employees or teams to complete, so that employees fully feel the recognition and trust of enterprises. We demand that every leading cadre above the middle level should find several frontline employees each month to talk and exchange ideas and emotions, and to realize the zero-distance exchange between managers and employees. The policies and regulations concerning the immediate interests of employees were introduced, the opinions of staff were solicited extensively, and the systems and measures such as rationalization proposals were used to communicate up and down to reach consensus so as to achieve the best effect of winning from top to bottom.
