密封件是应用广泛的关键部件,虽仅占设备或装置成本的0.5%～1%,但60%设备或装置的故障皆由密封件导致。面对中国加速基础设施建设提供的巨大市场,令每一个国际密封制造商所垂涎。日前,笔者走访了世界密封产业巨头约翰克兰在中国的独资子公司——约翰克兰科技(天津)有限公司(以下简称天津约翰克兰公司),透过这家企业基于Solid Edge软件推进顶级密封技术的本土化,形成了机械密封干、湿、小三类皆具备的新产品结构,实现产品研发的全球异地协同,开拓潜在市场。
