HBV基因全长 PCR扩增为 HBV基因结构的多样性与致病性和传播途径等关系的研究提供了全新的技术 ,在 HBV研究中已显示了巨大优越性。本文对该方法的几个主要技术问题研究进展作了简要综述。
The full-length PCR amplification of HBV gene provides a brand-new technology for the study of the relationship between the diversity of HBV gene structure and pathogenicity and transmission pathways, and has shown great superiority in HBV research. This article briefly reviews the progress of several major technical problems of this method.
