人力资源管理是事业单位发展的重要保障,事业单位虽与企业不同,但同样可以促进社会经济的快速发展。现阶段,事业单位的人力资源管理中存在不少问题,阻碍了事业单位人才的发展,对事业单位的未来发展也产生了一定的影响。因此,事业单位必须要加强人力资源管理,建立健全人才机制,促进事业单位的发展。基于此,文章探讨分析了事业单位人力资源管理存在的问题与对策,以供参考。
Human resources management is an important guarantee for the development of public institutions. Although public institutions are different from enterprises, they can also promote the rapid social and economic development. At this stage, there are many problems in the management of human resources in public institutions, hindering the development of personnel in public institutions, and also exerting some influence on the future development of public institutions. Therefore, public institutions must strengthen human resources management, establish and improve the talent mechanism and promote the development of public institutions. Based on this, the article explores and analyzes the existing problems and countermeasures of human resource management in public institutions for reference.
