为了配合学习、宣传和实施《标准化法》,我们刊登了叶茂芳同志根据国家技术监督局提供的《关于全国人大常委会审议标准化法的情况汇报》和《标准化法宣传提纲》编写的这段对话。“对话”以生动、活泼的形式,宣讲了《标准化法》的意义和重要作用,以及《标准化法》的内容和特点。 本文仅作学习《标准化法》参考之用,具体实施应以国务院将要发布的标准化法实施条例等有关配套法规为准。
