该文在分析东北黑土区水土流失现状、危害的基础上,论述了水土保持工作在黑土区商品粮基地建设中的地位和作用。笔者最后提出了黑土区防治水土流失的途径及措施。
Based on the analysis of the current situation and harm of soil and water loss in the black soil area of Northeast China, this paper discusses the status and role of soil and water conservation work in the construction of commercial grain base in the black soil area. Finally, the author puts forward the ways and measures to prevent and control soil and water loss in the black soil area.
