我们运用中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征47例,疗效显著,现报道如下。1临床资料 47例患者均系1996年4月至2001年6月本院住院病人。男30例,女17例;年龄最大者43岁,最小者5岁;病程最短2个月,最长5年。其中经泼尼松正规治疗8～10周无效者18例,1年内复发2次或半年内复发2次者21例。血肌酐或尿素氮升高者3例,高血压者5例。中医辨证属肝肾阴虚者26例,脾肾阳虚者12例,气阴两虚者9例。
We use the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome in 47 cases, a significant effect, are reported below. 1 clinical data 47 patients were from April 1996 to June 2001 hospital inpatients. 30 males and 17 females; the oldest 43 years old, the youngest 5 years old; the shortest duration of 2 months, up to 5 years. Among them, 18 cases were treated by regular prednisone for 8 to 10 weeks, 21 cases relapsed 2 times within 1 year or 2 times within 6 months. Serum creatinine or elevated urea nitrogen in 3 cases, 5 cases of hypertension. TCM syndromes are liver and kidney yin 26 cases, 12 cases of spleen and kidney yang, qi and yin deficiency in 9 cases.
