文章通过对漯河市农村饮水安全现状进行调查,分析了存在的4种不安全饮水现象的成因及危害,阐述了解决饮水安全的必要性和可行性,并针对漯河市农村饮水安全工程建设中存在的问题,提出了加强沟通、以人为本,因地制宜、科学规划,市场化运营、科学管理,严格程序、打造精品工程,加强工程工程建设与管理的意见和建议,使农村饮水安全工程走向良性运行、健康发展轨道意见和建议。
