兼职教师在满足高职实践教学需求、充实高职师资队伍、优化“双师结构”以及提升人才培养质量方面发挥了重要作用。但是,当前高职兼职教师的功能发挥与理论上的期待仍存在较大差距,造成这一问题的主要原因在于:相关制度保障缺失、企业对兼职行为不支持,以及高职院校对兼职教师管理低效。在分析基础上,提出兼职教师支持系统构建策略,包括校企共推,优化兼职教师队伍;加强培养,提升兼职教师素质;专兼职教师结对,增强兼职教师育人能力;多措并举,激发兼职教师教学积极性。
Part-time teachers play an important role in meeting practical teaching needs in higher vocational colleges, enriching the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges, optimizing the structure of “double-division teachers” and improving the quality of personnel training. However, the present part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges have a long way to go in terms of function and theoretical expectation. The main reasons for this problem are: the lack of protection of relevant systems, the lack of support for part-time activities by enterprises, Inefficient management. On the basis of the analysis, it puts forward some strategies to build a part-time teacher support system, including the promotion of part-time faculty by schools and enterprises, the optimization of part-time teachers, the enhancement of the quality of part-time teachers, the matching of part-time teachers, and the enhancement of part-time teachers’ Teacher teaching enthusiasm.
