通过分析20例苯并呋喃酮致职业性接触性皮炎患者的临床表现、实验室检查、治疗转归以及现场职业卫生学调查,探讨苯并呋喃酮致职业性接触性皮炎的发病特点。提示,对于苯并呋喃酮这类机制不明确的接触性皮炎致敏物,加强职业防护是不容忽视的。
The incidence of occupational contact dermatitis caused by benzofuranone was investigated by analyzing the clinical manifestations, laboratory tests, treatment outcomes and field occupational hygiene in 20 patients with occupational contact dermatitis caused by benzofuranone. Tip, for benzofuranones such mechanism is not clear contact dermatitis allergens, to enhance occupational protection can not be ignored.
