用A和B型超声结合测量了272只婴幼儿和学龄前儿童正常眼的活体结构。提出保证准确测量视轴的条件。求出了各年龄组正常眼的视轴、前房深度、晶体厚度和玻璃体长度。发现视轴、前房深度和玻璃体长度随年龄增加而增长,且与年龄均成对数关系,但晶体厚度与年龄无关。儿童正常眼球活体结构测量,不仅对了解儿童眼球生长发育规律,而且对探讨儿童眼球形态的眼病均有重要意义。
The living structures of normal eyes of 272 infants and preschool children were measured using type A and B ultrasound. Proposed to ensure accurate measurement of boresight conditions. The visual axis, anterior chamber depth, crystal thickness and vitreous length of normal eyes of all age groups were calculated. It was found that the optic axis, anterior chamber depth and vitreous length increased with age, and were logarithmically related with age, but the crystal thickness had nothing to do with age. Children’s normal eyeball living structure measurement, not only to understand the laws of children’s eye growth and development, but also to explore the eye of children with eye disease are of great significance.
