治理整顿以来,煤炭行业遇到了新的困难和挑战,国家银根抽紧,企业资金短缺,市场疲软造成煤炭大量积压,亏损严重。同时,煤炭行业还要适应计划经济向商品经济的过渡。笔者认为,扭转煤炭行业困境,搞活煤炭经济,必须首先改变生产经营观念。一、资金筹措要从伸手向上转为内部挖潜,自我积累煤炭企业投放资金,主要靠国家拨款和银行优惠贷款取得,目前企业在资金筹措上
Since the rectification, the coal industry has encountered new difficulties and challenges. As a result of the tight monetary tightening in the country, the lack of funds in enterprises and the weak market, a large backlog of coal has caused serious losses. At the same time, the coal industry should adapt to the transition from a planned economy to a commodity economy.
