通过对经历过一学期企业顶岗实习的即将毕业的学生进行问卷调查,从学生对专业方向设置的兴趣和企业用人需求方面,分析畜牧兽医专业设置专业方向的必要性和合理性。建议畜牧兽医专业在大一结束后设置专业方向,并提出工学结合的“统修-分修-分训-顶岗”四段式人才培养模式。
This paper analyzes the necessity and rationality of setting up the professional direction of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine profession from the aspects of the students’ interest in the professional direction and the need of employing the enterprise through the questionnaire survey of graduating students who have experienced one semester of the enterprise internship. Proposed livestock and veterinary professionals in the freshman after the end of setting a professional direction, and put forward the combination of workmanship “system repair - sub-repair - training - posts ” four-stage talent training mode.
