从教十年左右,相当一部分教师会不知不觉就产生职业倦怠心理,进入经验式复制式的工作状态。最常见的现象就是对自己原有教案稍作调整与修改就能够应付或者说完成一节课的教学任务。我个人一直认为,一旦进入了这一阶段,教师这一职业的工作乐趣也就消失了,教师的教学生命也就走到了尽头。所以,为避免自己也进入这种状态,我一直特别注重课堂教
Teach from about ten years, a considerable part of teachers will unwittingly produce burnout psychology, into an empirical copy of the work status. The most common phenomenon is that it can cope with or complete the teaching task of a lesson by making some adjustments and modifications to its original lesson plan. Personally, I have always believed that once this stage is entered, the professional pleasure of the teacher will disappear, and the teaching life of the teacher will come to an end.
