“Regional Innovation System: Innovative Polar Symbiotic Evolution Model and Empirical Evidence” is a new achievement researched by Professor Li Zibiao for many years. It was published by Intellectual Property Publishing House in October 2014 and sponsored by Hebei Province Social Science Important Academic Publication Publishing Project. Since entering the new century, especially after the “Twelfth Five-year Plan”, the innovation-driven development strategy has been gradually gaining popularity. The construction of an innovative nation can not be separated from the regional innovation.
