笔者发现,农村大部分流动小型柴油机泵在抽水时,在出水弯管上钻一个洞、焊上空心嘴,用旧喷雾器管接上。让水长期不断地自流到柴油机水箱,作冷却水;再把水箱底部的放水开关打开,通过控制进水量来平衡进出水箱的冷却水量。这种做法是机手不懂科学、怕水沸腾和机体爆炸,只图省事方便的结果。但是,时间长了,却会出现不良现象、导致恶性循环。1.柴油机的运转原理是靠高压高温、燃油燃烧进行,利用水箱冷却水沸腾来带走热量进行冷却的。而长期用泵出水始终不断流入水箱作冷却水,就会使水温较低、达不到沸腾状态,这就达不到厂家的设计
