自《慈善法》出台,慈善事业进一步发展,然对捐赠者权益的规定仍需进一步细化。本文将从慈善捐赠、慈善捐赠者权利内涵与性质、慈善捐赠者具体权利三方面进行讨论。明确捐赠者的基本权益,方能促使捐赠人积极地行使权利,维护捐赠人的权利,促进我国慈善事业进一步健康发展,推进和谐社会法制建设。
Since the introduction of the “Charity Law”, charities have been further developed. However, the provisions on the rights and interests of donors still need to be further refined. This article will discuss from three aspects: charity donation, the connotation and nature of charity donor rights and the specific rights of charity donors. To clarify the basic rights and interests of donors can we encourage donors to actively exercise their rights, safeguard the rights of donors, promote the further healthy development of charities in our country, and promote the legal system of a harmonious society.
