目的分析正常生育期妇女宫颈分泌物、阴道分泌物和血清中CA125的表达水平。方法将122例正常生育期妇女按年龄分为22～(岁)、30～(岁)、40～45岁三组,应用罗氏Cobas e601型全自动电化学发光免疫分析系统检测CA125表达水平。结果正常生育期妇女各年龄组间宫颈分泌物、阴道分泌物和血清CA125水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);宫颈分泌物、阴道分泌物和血清CA125三者之间平均表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈分泌物和阴道分泌物CA125表达水平明显高于血清,有助于早期诊断疾病。
Objective To analyze the expression of CA125 in cervical secretions, vaginal secretions and serum in normal growth period women. Methods 122 normal women of reproductive age were divided into three groups according to age, 22 ~ (old), 30 ~ (old), 40 ~ 45 years old. The Roche Cobas e601 automated electro-chemiluminescence immunoassay system was used to detect the expression of CA125. Results There was no significant difference in the levels of cervical secretions, vaginal secretions and serum CA125 between women of all ages in normal reproductive age (P> 0.05). The average expression level of cervical secretions, vaginal secretions and serum CA125 was Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusions Cervical secretions and vaginal secretions CA125 expression levels were significantly higher than serum, contribute to the early diagnosis of the disease.
