随着我国教育改革的深入,高校毕业生就业逐步实现市场化,传统的派专人定点联系毕业生就业单位的方式,已不能满足高校就业工作的需要。伴随着因特网的普及高校就业信息网也因此得到了迅速的发展。本文通过对现有大学生就业网站的调查、分析和研究,指出了现有高校就业网站的不足,并针对下一步怎样完善和发展高校就业网站提出了对策建议。
With the deepening of education reform in our country, graduates of colleges and universities gradually marketed in employment. The traditional method of sending specially appointed personnel to contact graduate employment units can no longer satisfy the need of college employment. With the popularization of the Internet, the employment information network of colleges and universities has also been rapidly developed. Based on the investigation, analysis and research of existing college students’ employment websites, this paper points out the shortcomings of existing college employment websites and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for how to improve and develop college employment websites in the next step.
