果菜中的番茄、黄瓜在上海菜区早有大面积秋季栽培。作为上海菜区主要蔬菜品种之一的甜椒,多为春种夏收,秋季生产甜椒,则尚未见闻。以往上海冬季市场虽有甜椒供应,但多从南方或其他省市调进,量少质差,远不能满足本市冬季市场,特别是节日(元旦、春节)供应的需求。为了丰富上海市场的冬季蔬菜品种,我站与黄渡乡种子场合作,从1984年起,连续三个秋季(1984～1986)试种了甜椒,在甜椒秋季栽培技术上取得了一些经验。该试验于1986年12月通过了市级专家组鉴定。
Fruits and vegetables in the tomato, cucumber in Shanghai vegetable area has a large area autumn cultivation. As one of the main vegetable varieties in the Shanghai vegetable zone, bell peppers are mostly collected in the spring and summer and sweet peppers are produced in the autumn. Although the Shanghai winter market, although the supply of bell peppers, but more from the south or other provinces transferred less quality, far can not meet the city’s winter market, especially the festival (New Year, Spring Festival) supply demand. In order to enrich the winter vegetable varieties in the Shanghai market, I stood in cooperation with the Huangdu Township Seed Field. Since 1984, I have experimented on sweet peppers for three consecutive autumn seasons (1984 ~ 1986) and gained some experience in autumn cultivation of sweet peppers . The test in December 1986 passed the municipal expert group appraisal.
