中华人民共和国政府和罗马尼亚社会主义共和国政府(以下称“缔约双方”),本着发展两国间经济合作关系的愿望,为缔约一方的投资者在缔约另一方领土内的投资创造良好的条件,达成协议如下:第一条一、缔约任何一方应促进缔约另一方的投资者在其领土内投资。二、根据接受投资的缔约一方的法律规定所许可的投资,享受本协定规定的保护。
The government of the People’s Republic of China and the government of the Romanian Socialist Republic (hereafter referred to as the “Contracting Parties”), in line with their desire to develop the economic cooperation between the two countries, create a good investment for the investors of each Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party Conditions, reach the agreement as follows: Article 1 1. Each Contracting Party shall promote the investment of investors in the other Contracting Party in its territory. Second, enjoy the protection provided for in this Agreement on the basis of the investment permitted by the law of the receiving Contracting Party.
