为了解我国手卫生发展成就及制约因素,正确把握手卫生发展方向,推动其更快发展,收集、检索国内近年来手卫生的文献,分析手卫生发展方向及不足。结果发现,目前手卫生的科学管理已引起各级卫生行政部门及医疗机构的高度重视,说明我国已进入手卫生发展的黄金时段,但有关手卫生的高质量研究尚少。因此,医疗机构及医院感染管理人员需充分利用现在的利好时机,深入探讨手卫生的科学管理,提高医务人员手卫生的依从性。
In order to understand the achievements and constraints of hand hygiene development in our country, we should correctly grasp the development direction of hand hygiene, promote its rapid development, collect and retrieve the domestic hand hygiene literature in recent years, and analyze the development direction and deficiencies of hand hygiene. The results showed that the current scientific management of hand hygiene has aroused great attention of health administrative departments and medical institutions at all levels, indicating that our country has entered the prime time for the development of hand hygiene, but there is little research on the quality of hand hygiene. Therefore, medical institutions and hospital infection management personnel should make full use of the current favorable opportunity to further explore the scientific management of hand hygiene and improve the compliance of hand hygiene of medical staff.
