主要研究在铝合金TIG焊中添加SiO2活性剂对焊接接头显微组织的影响。试验结果表明,铝合金TIG焊时,其它工艺参数相同的情况下,在母材表面涂覆SiO2活性剂(5.3mg/cm2),可以得到较为细小的显微组织,从而改善机械性能;改变焊接电流(160A、180A、200A)时,该趋势依然存在。
