贵金属精矿(下称精矿)系提取贵金属原料,其中含硫5~40%、锇约0.3%,钌约0.5%以及其它贵金属。燃烧法测定硫虽简便,但精矿中富集了的锇和钌易氧化成四氧化锇和四氧化钌,进入硫吸收液,干扰硫的测定。硫酸钡重量法虽适应这种物料,但流程较长。本文采用四氯化碳—活性炭吸附剂,选择吸附四氧化锇和四氧化钌,用燃烧中和法测定精矿中硫,收到了满意的效果。在所拟条件下0.1克试样经分离后,进入硫吸收液的锇小于2微克,钌小于3微克,不干扰测定。吸附剂对二氧化硫无吸附。因此,可用燃烧
