在我国,只要你在自己的行业足够的优秀,同时得到大多数人的认同。那么你就具备成为一名中国共产党党员的基础条件了。因此可以看出大学生同样也是中国共产党的重要后备和储蓄干部。大学生具有较高的素质,文化水平较高,他们是以后国家和社会的接班人。因此加强对于大学生中党的组织建设和领导显得尤为重要。因此在全国的大学中无论是公立大学还是民办大学,亦或是本科还是专科都有党的组织,党的组织在新时期发挥了自己应有的作用。但是还是存在不足,本文将主要阐述新形势下高职院校学生党支部建设的问题同时及时的提出解决的对策和措施。
