随着市场经济发展和经济结构调整所产生的与职工相关的社会问题愈来愈复杂化和多样化,自上而下的工会改革和自下而上的职工需求共同呼唤着企业社会工作的全新发展。从基本实践来看,我国企业社会工作已经初步形成了厂内模式、社区模式、项目嵌入模式、楼宇模式和工会内置模式等多元化模式。它们彰显了企业社会工作的两种发展路径,一是依托工会系统的体制内更新,二是借助社会组织与企业社会责任的体制外拓展。中国企业社会工作的未来发展需要整合政府部门、企业、社会组织及社会工作教育界的优势与力量,并以此探索形成企业社会工作的本土经验。
With the market economy and economic restructuring arising from the social issues related to employees more and more complex and diverse, top-down trade union reform and bottom-up workers demand common call for a new corporate social work development of. From the basic practice point of view, our enterprise social work has initially formed a diversified model of factory mode, community mode, project embedded mode, building mode and trade union built-in mode. They demonstrate two kinds of development paths for the social work of enterprises: one is to rebuild within the system relying on the trade union system; the other is to expand with the help of social organizations and the system of corporate social responsibilities. The future development of Chinese enterprises in social work needs to integrate the advantages and strengths of government departments, enterprises, social organizations and social work education and to explore the local experience in forming corporate social work.
