[目的]加深对洁净手术室预防医院感染工作重要性的认识,抓好手术室的消毒隔离工作。[方法]科室自查与院感染办公室随机抽查相结合,通过各种监测查出不足,找出原因,进行分析并及时改进和总结。[结果]制订了手术室预防感染的管理措施,使各项监测指标在正常范围。[结论]只有加深对医院感染工作重要性的认识,才能抓好医院感染系统化的各项工作,从而提高手术室感染管理水平。
[Objective] To deepen the understanding of the importance of clean operating room in preventing nosocomial infection and to do a good job in disinfection and isolation of operating room. [Methods] The departments of self-examination and hospital infection random sampling combined with various deficiencies detected by monitoring to find out the reasons for analysis and timely improvement and summary. [Results] The management measures for preventing infection in the operating room were formulated so that the monitoring indicators are in the normal range. [Conclusion] Only by deepening the understanding of the importance of nosocomial infection, can we do a good job in the systematization of nosocomial infection so as to improve the management of operating room infection.
