2001年起,国家教育部要求,小学三至六年级必须开设英语课。由于各小学的英语教学存在差异,进入我校初一的学生的英语水平参差不齐。随着我校的办学规模逐年扩大,初中一年级新生的英语水平差异日趋明显,分层次教学势在必行。为强化以“学生为本”的教学理念,贯彻“因材施教”的教学原则,落实“让优秀的学生更优秀、让所有的学生都进步”的办学目标,让不同层次的学生都得到发展和提高,我校英语学科继数学学科之后,也开始了分层次教学的实践探索。经过几年反反复复的实践和探索,不断总结、反思,我们对此有了一些体会和认识。一、合理划分层次是动态管理的基础
