长期以来,宣传思想工作在提供精神支撑方面发挥了巨大的作用。但是,随着形势的发展,宣传思想工作在很多方面需要改进。中央明确要求,宣传思想工作要贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近群众,要达到这个要求,老一套是不行的,必须有创造性的思路、办法和举措,才能得到人民群众的认可。正是基于以上考虑,从今年开始,每年向社会各界公开征集宣传思想工作创意。
