1.耕地资源。我国现有耕地面积约14.43亿亩,居世界各国的第4位,人均耕地拥有量为1.34亩,远低于世界平均5.5亩的水平。我国耕地面积约占全国土地总面积的10.02％,占世界耕地面积的7％,养活着占世界22％的人口。同时,我国耕地还存在着质量差的问题。据统计,有31％的耕地存在不同程度的水土流失,18％的耕地不同程度盐渍化和沼泽化,5％的耕地沙化,合起来,我国质量较差的耕地已超过50％,这部分耕地常年亩产远低于全国平
