建立了重要食用林产品(竹笋、香菇)中的农药多残留快速检测方法。对现下较常用的QuECHERS法进行改进,应用于检测方法中,通过GC-MS-SIM方法对有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯等34种农药进行检测。该方法在竹笋中的平均回收率为71.9%~112.5%,变异系数为0.5%~18.5%;香菇中的平均回收率为70.1%~122.8%,变异系数为1.7%~18.9%。本方法处理一个样品耗时仅1.5~2 h,方法的平均回收率、变异系数等都能满足当前的农药残留分析要求。
The establishment of a major edible forest products (bamboo shoots, mushrooms) in the rapid detection of pesticide residues more. The more commonly used QuECHERS method is improved and applied to the detection method, and 34 kinds of pesticides such as organic phosphorus, organochlorine, pyrethroid and carbamate are detected by GC-MS-SIM method. The average recovery of this method in shoots was 71.9% ~ 112.5%, and the coefficient of variation was 0.5% ~ 18.5%. The average recoveries of mushrooms were 70.1% ~ 122.8%, and the coefficients of variation were 1.7% ~ 18.9%. The method takes only 1.5 ~ 2 h to process one sample, and the average recoveries and coefficients of variation of the method can meet the current requirements of pesticide residue analysis.
