目的:建立测定复方右旋麻黄碱缓释片中盐酸右旋麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用双波长紫外分光光度法测定复方右旋麻黄碱缓释片中盐酸右旋麻黄碱的含量。测定波长为206nm,参比波长为224nm。结果:样品浓度在5~20μg/ml范围内与ΔA=A206-A224呈良好的线性关系。标准曲线为C(μg/ml)=24.4528×ΔA+0.2848,r=0.9999。方法的平均回收率为99.86%,相对标准偏差RSD=0.61%。结论:采用本法样品无须分离即可消除干扰直接测定缓释片中盐酸右旋麻黄碱的含量。其方法简便、快速、准确,符合药品快检的要求。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of dexpramiperidine hydrochloride in compound ephedrine ephedrine sustained-release tablets. Methods: The content of dexamethasone hydrochloride in compound ephedrine ephedrine sustained-release tablets was determined by dual-wavelength ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The measurement wavelength was 206 nm and the reference wavelength was 224 nm. Results: The concentration of the sample was linear with ΔA = A206-A224 in the range of 5 ~ 20μg / ml. The standard curve is C (μg / ml) = 24.4528 × ΔA + 0.2848, r = 0.9999. The average recovery of the method was 99.86%, and the relative standard deviation RSD was 0.61%. Conclusion: The method of this method can eliminate the interference of the sample without the direct determination of sustained-release tablets in dextro-ephedrine content. The method is simple, fast and accurate, in line with the requirements of drug testing.
