21世纪,人类开始进入知识经济时代,智力和知识的重要性日益突出,人力资源上升为推动经济增长和社会进步的第一资源,直接决定着企业在市场上的竞争地位。人力资源部门是承担人力资源管理功能的主要载体,因此,对人力资源部门角色定位的研究渐渐受到应有的关注。
In the 21st century, as human beings began to enter the era of knowledge economy, the importance of intelligence and knowledge has become increasingly prominent. The rise of human resources as the first resource for promoting economic growth and social progress directly determines the competitive position of enterprises in the market. Human resource department is the main carrier of human resource management function. Therefore, the research on the role localization of human resource department is gradually receiving due attention.
