目的探讨右肾异位与急性阑尾炎的鉴别分析。方法对以急性阑尾炎收治入院的5例右肾异位患者的诊治资料进行回顾分析。结果 5例均存在右下腹压痛,其中误诊为单纯性急性阑尾炎2例、阑尾周围脓肿2例,阑尾穿孔合并腹膜炎1例;3例经解痉抗感染治疗后腹痛缓解,2例手术治疗,术中确诊为右肾异位伴结石,行肾盂切开取石。结论全面体格检查,合理选择辅助检查及动态观察病情变化,可避免和减少右肾异位的误诊。
Objective To investigate the differential diagnosis of right renal ectopic and acute appendicitis. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the diagnosis and treatment of 5 right renal ectopic patients admitted to hospital with acute appendicitis. Results All 5 cases had right lower quadrant tenderness, of which 2 cases were misdiagnosed as simple acute appendicitis, 2 cases were peritoneal abscess, 1 case was perforation with peritonitis; 3 cases were relieved by antispasmodic anti-infection and 2 cases were treated by surgery In the diagnosis of right kidney ectopic with stones, line pyelolithotomy. Conclusion Comprehensive physical examination, a reasonable choice of auxiliary examination and dynamic observation of disease changes, to avoid and reduce the misdiagnosis of right renal ectopic.
