近年来,浙江省公安机关的社会信息采集应用工作取得了明显的成效,但也存在着明显的不足。对此,应按照“整合资源、社会采集、立足管理、服务现实”的目标打造新型社会信息采集应用系统。新型社会信息采集应用系统应采用现代标准的三层架构,实现数据层、业务层和客户端的相对独立。在实施策略上,要做到需求分析优先、逐步过渡、满足现实需求、部门间密切配合,同时,还应做好各方面的保障工作。
