当前,我国第三产业发展缓慢,既不利于国民经济的协调发展,也难以摆脱高速低效的困扰。大力发展第三产业,是促进国民经济更快、更好地发展,实现隔几年上一个台阶的目标的重要措施。
At present, the slow development of the tertiary industry in our country is not conducive to the coordinated development of the national economy as well as to the difficulties of speeding up and inefficiency. Vigorously developing the tertiary industry is an important measure to promote the faster and better development of the national economy and achieve the goal of going up to the next level in a few years.
